What it T-I is?  I hope everyone had a good weekend and that those in Atlanta feel like they’ve got enough rain. Good grief it was pouring. I"m almost (not all the way) but almost wishing for the so hot your skin burns off summers of the past. This one has not been like it has been, but then again, maybe it’s been so drought ridden and so long since we had a typical Atlanta summer that this IS what the summers used to be like, lol  So hell I don’t know…

Yea that be me - rising like a mutha out of the funk I was living in.  I had to do some apologizing on the real to the hubby cause I know I been hell on wheels. I don’t apologize for the tude because I have a right to ‘feel’ but I have been realll short with him and day after day in just a funk from 5pm when I get off work till I go to sleep.

Funny for a split second yesterday, I looked in the mirror and felt…unattractive.  I haven’t felt that way in awhile and though it’s a female issue that can raise it’s ugly head with the best and finest of us - I wanted to check that line of thinking because it had more to do with me not feeling ‘complete’ without all the additions. I was going out with MY hair, MY nails and MY own swagger.  Um hello!  That’s who you are - have I let the ‘accessories’ of my life start to seep in a bit more than they should. So now I’m kinda glad my ‘look’ is not off the racks right now.  I don’t want that thinking to get to far ahead of itself.

Meanwhile these broads right here are funny. As you can tell Mini-me has had BCPC join in on the art of bathroom pictures, lol  They went and got their heads done this Saturday and so they were feeling cute.  They have pooled their money together to get their hands and feet done - so I’ll be taking them to the salon after work today.  Mini-me has spawned a clone, lol  BCPC has attached herself to her hip and what ever is cool to Mini-me is cool to BCPC!  They rock shades,mp3’s and watch Disney Channel.  I had to sit for a minute (and I"ve mentioned this previously) and really thank God that this hasn’t been (yet) a merger that is full of drama. Mini-me has truly stepped up to the plate and I think she really is just digging (for now) having a little sister.  I mean if BCPC was a fast ass or something I’m sure this wouldn’t be going well but she has inherited (thank GOD) her Fathers spirit and it shows.  They have a good time together.  On tap this week is a birthday party for Vin Diesel (you can throw up beside me at any point, lol).  Yea ok!

Ok so I have this rep of being the queen of bad black movies. They fascinate me, lol  I will get something NOBODY wants to see and watch it. Well I got this movie called COVER  It was produced and directed by Bill Duke and stars a whole slew of legitimate black actors and actresses including Lou Gossett.  Well Caun took one look at it and was like "I’m not entertaining you and your carnival of dicks"  (Lawd). Because the movie is about a women who discovers her husband is on the DL.  Well let me tell you - that negro sat right there and watched the whole thing, because the movie was GOOD!  It is NOT about portrayed in the way you would think.  Actually the whole DL thing could have been secondary.  I really liked this movie. I had read about it on some of the Gay sites and some were a bit upset because the whole DL thing upsets the Gay agenda somewhat, but to ME, I thought it made a point of separating the incidence of DL men and what they bring to the table and what Gay men represent.  It was a tad heavy on religion but they acted such a fool in this area - for someone like me, it made sense.  If you get a chance, check it out and let me know what you think OR if you’ve seen it let me know what you think.

So when I was not watching this movie or finishing up THIS BOOK (which was good as hell! Whew)  I was attempting to smoke myself out, lol  I was running my mouth and opened the grill cover and took a deep gulp of smoke. Today is the first day I’ve been able to take a deep breath and now my sinus’ are revolting. I just wanna go home, but duties away me there.

I haven’t spoken about school recently, but I’m in there, lol  On week five of my 3rd Masters class. It’s been hard, not the class but to stay focused.  I’m running an A in the class though so it’s all good.  Next class starts up July 28th. I’ll be ready.  I’m glad I went right back though - let’s get it KNOCKED OUT PAMELA!

Well it’s so cold in here that I’m irritated - so let me just go!
