A forty celebration
Hey peeps! I hope everyone had a great weekend and that the boring ass Oscars didn’t make you reconsider movies, lol lol
Well let’s jump right into it. My beloved Caun turns 40 on Tuesday and we started the celebration this past Friday at the Blueroom. The Blueroom is basically a martini bar that our peoples took over and turned into a club, lol I love the vibe in that place and one of the few places where I feel like bonafide adults go. Unfortunately, after a long day, a drive to Hellstell (that’s Austell to GA folks) and some unexpected baby momma drama - not to mention preoccupation with his own ventures, Caun had a good time, but was quite subdued. I on the other hand had a ball. A few coworkers, a HS classmate (you know I don’t do anything without that crew) and a friend made it a good time. I had to work the room because we got there late and wasn’t able to get one location SIGH.

The girls showing off their cake! We started the party with a parade of gifts to the tune of "Can You Feel It?" by The Jacksons.
The girls were quite excited about the things that they got him. He didn’t know we were going all out like that. He got some good stuff:
Two pairs of shoes (1 dress/1 casual work), underwear and socks and a very nice Stacy Adams Black Hat.
Then it was time for the cake to come out:
After he blew out the candles (which damn near burnt the cake up, lol) We gave him THE GIFT!
What exactly is this gift? Well 40 is a milestone birthday so I wanted to get him something he would NEVA forget - and this is what a sista got him:
Experience first-hand the thrill and excitement of racing a stock car. Students are taught the basics and then get to ride in a Nextel Cup style stock car with an instructor at high speeds.
Once the basics are mastered, students then drive with an instructor at their side, and eventually graduate to driving a Nextel Cup style stock car by themselves.
Driving at your own pace, passing slower cars when you catch them. From flag to flag as you experience side-by-side NASCAR racing, drafting, passing, pit stops and more!
Let the adrenaline rush begin!
Yep he gets to do 16 laps total at Atlanta Motor Speedway in a real Nextel Cup Style stock car!!! He gets instruction then they let him loose in a vehicle that goes up to 160 mph. We get to all go down and cheer him on. He gets the outfit and everything. He hasn’t picked a drive date yet - but when I tell ya’ll he called everybody he knew - - I am soo excited and happy for him.
We then went to the movies to see Spiderwick Chronicles, don’t let it fool yah - the movie was good and caused me to have an emotional breakdown in the Theatre which was followed by Mini-me having one!! I’ll blog about that on Wednesday.
All in all this was a good weekend. We will wrap up the Birthday Celebration on his actual birthday at Justin’s, so he can pay homage to Diddy (who by the way looked FABULOUS at the Oscars! Damn!)
He wanted me to thank everyone for their well wishes including the SPAM that came from Caunsothergirl.
Happy Birthday
I got a present for you. You can get it this weekend like you had last weekend. Don’t forget the condoms.
I"mma need the foolishness to STOP people! I’ve gotten several different Spams from this IP address, so I’m not sure what’s happening in OHIO - but ya’ll need to get a hobby, lol

Hey, I was off on Friday so I didn’t get to wish Caun a Happy Birthday! As for the Spammer - some folks just can’t stand to see other folks happy! HATERS!!! Enjoy Justin’s tomorrow.
