		<description>You are right on the money with the turkey and other sausage products...I was incredibly peeved to find out these chicken sausages I sucked down were encased in natural pork casings. 

I've gotten away from the real hardcore reading and didn't catch that until after I had consumed 3 packages (different varieties...I saved the labels so I could repurchase in the future).

There was a website I had that listed kosher foods and I used that to make choices but also now with choosing vegan or vegetarian I'm able to choose without alot of label reading cause I know it's pork-free.</description>
