What’s Happening Wednesday
- Ok, so Diddy and Kim broke up..again. I do find it interesting that we got all this advice for Kim, when we know good and damn well, some of us have held on to a negro and he ain’t even giving up the quality of life Diddy was providing. That woman was just trying to be a good women to the man; now if he did or if he didn’t appreciate that for what it was or he did, but due to his stature (imagined or otherwise) and the fact that Type A - testosterone driven personalities sometimes are not equipped with the fidelity genes; is on Diddy. I know this is painful for her, but she can’t ever claim that he didn’t tell her the truth. Hell he told it to her in a National BLACK WOMEN’S Magazine.
- “She Got It From Her Momma” - Man that whole Charm School Reunion was atrocious. Now let me say that I stil am not totally believing Monique and I’m not sure of her motivation behind the whole thing - but she should have jacked ole girl up.
- What exactly is going on with these punk ass gathering of boys? This article HERE and this one HERE - are so disturbing, it makes you want to bear arms like a mofo!! Our children are running wild in the streets. What are we going to do about this people?!
I am already starting to map out my Fall TV schedule - The following new shows look so intriguing:
Forty plucky kids ranging in age from 8 to 15 spend 40 days without parents or Playstations in Bonanza City, M.M., a ghost town where they try to build a community that works, cooking their own meals, hauling their own water, clearning their own outhouses and even running businesses such as the root beer-dispensing saloon. They also elect four peer leaders who will pass laws and set bedtimes. No one is “voted out” at the town meeting that closes each episode, but any kids who have had enough can simply raise their hands and leave. How many will stick it out?
When he was going through his teen years, Sam often wondered why his parents never seemed to mind his slacking off, although they always pressured his kid brother Keith to excel. When he turns 21, however, Sam makes an ungodly discovery: His parents sold his soul to the devil before he was born. When Satan pops in to explain that Sam is going to serve as his bounty hunter, tracking down escaped evil souls and returning them to Hell, Sam’s first reaction is to tell Satan to go to, well, home, but it quickly dawns on him that breaking a deal with the devil is likely to have more serious consequences than getting grounded. Before you can say, “Is it just me, or is it hot in here?,” Sam sets off on his dangerous and often terrifying new gig as the Reaper, assisted by fellow slackers Ben, Sock and Josie, Sock’s former girlfriend.
MORE FALL NEW SHOW SNEAK PEEKS
- Found out Nip/Tuck will be back in October! YEA!!
and finally we have this RIGHT HERE. Folks are in an uproar about the HOT GHETTO MESS coming to BET. I’ve been to the site - I’ve had some kinda vague conversation with the owner and it depends on what thought process you are coming from. I am more upset with the stupid show that pushes folks like MTV’s Boiling Point. All of the ‘boiling points’ take a racial edge. The MTV show doesn’t - so why are we reduced to acting out based on the Asians speaking about our feet or offering us watermelon. I am one who doesn’t subscribe to everything being a stereotype, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it IS a duck. I do like watermelon, I do like chicken, I do talk with a twang and alot of other stuff we keep trying to act as if we don’t associate to it. So if we are walking around with those busted ass styles, if we are doing all the busted ass stuff we do and VIDEOTAPING IT - then we must want to be out there. My issue is of course with that nonsense that is BET in general. AFRONERD is doing some really good commentary on them as well as WHAT ABOUT OUR DAUGHTERS are freaking out. So whatever school of thought you are on - there is a place for you to go vent and see what you can do about it.
Well let me give props to everyone who does entertainment and topical news information. This bout to kill me which is why it’s taken all day to even post this, lol lol

I really don’t think this is the end for Kim and Diddy. For her sake, I hope it is. He told the world he wanted to marry JLo but now since he’s with her, he’s not ready to get marry. Kim, baby, he’s just not that into you. But she’s about to get paid!
Charm School..when Larissa’s mother jumped on that stage, I said that’s where she gets it from. Her mom is just as worse as her.
The story about the kids raping the FL woman and making her have oral sex with her sad is disguisting. What is wrong with folks? They deserved to spend their lives getting tossed around the jail. They have not only assaulted them individually but they have hurt the relationship between the mother and child. When they look at each other they will always see this horrific even.

Okay. Now I’m home. I iz home. *lol* I can talk freely. I think we all knew that Diddy was going to move on. It’s just a shame that Kim talked that smack about J-Lo in that magazine article like she had Diddy committed to her and all. But like you said, he said all along that he wasn’t the marrying type.
The Ghetto Hot Mess show on BET should be canceled ASAP. Why? The Man owns Viacom and they sure as heck don’t need to be making any more money off of us clowning ourselves. Let Viacom make money on clowning folks who look like them.
Mo’Nique looked like she was about to haul off and smack that smart-mouthed Larissa. And then her momma who didn’t teach her any manners runs up on stage like she was going to do something. But when Mo’Nique changed her tune and started talking about resolution, notice that Larissa and her momma had nothing to bring to the conversation.

For some reason I am waiting on someone to come out with some ‘dirt’ on Monique, lol lol I want to see who else is going to come out on behalf of our young women. Monique can’t possibly be the only one dang!
I did read quite a bit about who owns that site etc. etc. and it was QUITE interesting to see Afronerds conversation with BET. I find it odd that folks have been quite vocal about that damn channel and they just INSIST on doing what they do. SIGH TSK
Aziza I’mma need you to listen for the drums and RUN SISTA RUN off that Plantation

P-Shiddy is a douche bag. Never have cared for him musically or otherwise. Kim needs to leave him alone…for good. Will be interesting to see if she actually stays gone.
I didn’t know who Larissa’s mom was at first. I thought she was one of Monique’s female body guards. lol Not sure if I buy Monique’s sincerity regarding the show. She still seems like she could use a few lessons in Charm School herself.

I saw the preview for Reaper but not the other show..I’m gonna have to check it out. You sound like me and my mappin my shows out.
All I could do was shake my head when I read those two articles…those boys and who they hurt all need prayer..the boys of course need to have done to them what they did to that woman, her son and that other boy…
I can’t believe that the lady in the neighborhood was like oh well there is more crime to be worried about..ok that might be true but she wouldn’t be sayin that if she had been raped.
