God’s Tour
Happy Monday! I certainly hope that everyone stayed cool - cause dayum if it wasn H-O-T!! About 97 here in Atlanta, there goes my electric bill cause the air has been on!
We had a mixed bag kinda weekend, similar to last weekend it started out fabulously as our last one without Goddess and ended on a downer due to ‘that ex’, as you can tell I have been slipping her in more cause she’s manifesting herself like a fungus. It also gives the blog some balance, cause life is good - but like everyone else’s it ain’t perfect.
So anyhoo - we took off for Tennessee to partake of the field trip as we had planned. I call it God’s Tour because everything we saw was about the power of Him. We did the Aquarium, the incline railroad and Ruby Falls. If you’ve ever been, you know all three are pretty cool. I like the aquarium there better than I like the one here. It’s only a 2 hour drive and we arrived around noonish and left around eight thirtyish. Long great day! Of course we have pictures, (it’s okay you can sigh, lol). I won’t deluge you with all 103 of them, but here are a couple of snapshots, lol

Yea I rocked Ponytails and that last picture - Yelling how to take the picture, I guess he figured it out, lol
My winter project is shaping up to be a great one as I put together the wedding, honeymoon and summer of 2007 scrapbooks. Yea quite cool.
Well it seems as if Goddess and her two cousins will be touching ground sometime either Tuesday or Wednesday, so tomorrow will be dedicated to getting ready for them. I need to organize the guest room and just make sure everything is set up. I also need to see about taking some 1/2 days to do some activities. That’s yet another set of pictures, lol I’m just glad that Caun is a picture lover as well.
We finally got up off the floor ya’ll. Who knew $70 was all it took. We bought a box spring and some rails today (new) from the Thrift Store and walah - we are elevated. When we purchase our new home, we will move this bed into the guest room. So it was not a bad, even if it was a cheap, expenditure.
This week should be interesting, I haven’t entertained this long, this many kids (three) in awhile. I hope that I can handle it. I hope that they can handle it and Lord please let Caun handle it. He bout to be in the company of a quartet of estrogen, lol lol

Oh my goodness, I just about got scared looking at the incline picture. Was that in an elevator looking so many feet and yards down? Heights. *eek*
Other that, I’m glad you all had a good time. It’s good to see someone getting out and doing things. I was stuck on the couch watching Charm School and Bridezillas. *lol*
Aziza - we were actually on this thing called the incline train - we actually were moving up the mountain. If you go to friday’s Fandango there is a link to check it out. At one point both Caun and I had the WTF?! Look, lol
