the adventures of pamalicious

It’s 6:30 am and for some reason I feel like I’ve been up for hours. This week I am the chauffeur of G. Monroe, so we’re leaving later, but my internal clock is still set on plantation time - so I’m up. Not to mention my mind has been a whirling overtime, I’m having a hard time cutting it off. Getting up like this does have it’s benefits. I’ve started blogging, to free up my time during the day, so that’s cool. I am not going to make too much of a fuss however, we get off at noon!

Speaking of Goddess, yesterday she gave her commencement speech and my very heart felt tight from the pride I felt. We taped it and if I figure out how to get it off the camera I will post it here over the weekend. In the meantime, here she is rocking her suit. She made both Caun and I so very proud.

There is going to be beautiful weather in these parts, but we need some rain. The thing about that is that we always need some rain, lol So just like with the gas situation, folks ain’t taking it seriously.

I am setting up a prayer shrine to the hair God and I hope they hear me. My sexy is skanky, lol lol Signs you need to get it together: You take out your last track so you can pull your hair up, lol lol.

So far I have a couple of things on the table in terms of activities. Not sure if I’ll make them all, but they are on the table. I know we have eaten BBQ 4 days this week - so somewhere in there my husband will be working on day 5, lol

I think part of my weekend will be spent catching up on folks. I just have not had time to read your blogs and I’m sure ya’ll got stuff going on. So if you see a flurry of comments from a sista don’t mind me - just reading, lol
